Backorders

Soulja Loyalty, LLC strives to provide a timely and efficient service for all of our customers. We keep a large amount of items in our warehouse and have an established distribution system to get the items that we do not have in stock. Our inventory is dynamic and changes from week to week. In some cases an item may not be in stock or may be sold out when we receive your order. If we cannot process and ship the order within 5 business days we will notify you via email or phone to inform you of the status of your order and the projected ship date. We will NOT charge your credit card until the order ships. If you decide that you do not want to wait for the item, please inform our staff at this time and we will cancel your order immediately.

In some rare cases, an item may no longer be available. If this occurs we will notify you immediately, cancel your order and remove the print from our website.


Shipping Policy

Soulja Loyalty, LLC strives to ship all orders out to our customers in a timely fashion. It usually takes between 3 to 5 business days for our staff to process and ship your order. Once Soulja Loyalty, LLC has processed and shipped your order the actual delivery time varies depending on where the customer is having the item shipped to. The average time it takes for the items to reach your destination varies with your geographical location. However, on average it usually takes 3-5 business to receive your products.
